Caribj has visited both islands, as well as Barbados, and St Maarten.  In all they wanted to know why Guyana is so rich in resources, and Guyanese are so poor. Also went to Grenada, also swarming with Guyanese, and I will not even get into T&T where Guyanese work Mo Fr and fly home for the weekend.

I did observe that in StK PPP supporters seemed to be an important part of the population in the poorer parts of the town, together with Dominicanos.  So they fled Jagdeo to live in what!  Guyanese in Antigua (mainly PNC supporters) seem to be better off, many being teachers, nurses, or hotel workers (front desk) or working for LIAT.   Jagdeo went there to beg the teachers and nurses to return and they chased him away because of how he treated blacks.

Any way I don't see people escaping Trump to go to those islands. Ironically Hillary would more likely chase them there as it is an escape from extremely high taxes that usually drives the ultra wealthy away from the USA, including to places like those.  These small islands don't take kindly to foreigners coming to take jobs that they want.

It will be a real coincidence if 90-95% of Indians vote PPP and yet the ones in StK aren't.  Especially as it seemed to me as if the Indians there were more of the rural variety.  Don't think too many G/T Indians live there.

Yes baseman, Trump was definitely interested in real estate prices collapsing when large numbers of people lost their homes.  He rubbed his hands in glee anticipating this.   Now doubt he flipped those homes belonging to Floridians.

Pity the stupid fools voted for him, but then why the shock when Trump himself said that GOP supporters are stupid.

Guyanese are all over the Caribbean. In fact the Portuguese arrived in these places before the black and Indian Guyanese. Many fled from Cheddi in the early 60s.

Cain, which beach, Grand Anse. Was to go by Westerhall but the weather was bad that day. Went to the Spice Jazz festival when they still had it.

I like Grenada.  St Kitts too.  The people in those islands are still civilized and polite.
