It is true that the PPP brought in the criminal and an avowed racist against East Indians, Norman MacLean, into the party. This well known tief man man was found stripping cars on the East Coast in the 70 & 80s. Yes,

He is part of the PNC and should be arrested for the murder of Walter Rodney.

My recollection of the COIs Terms of Reference was that no one will face prosecution. That leaves the issue of prosecution very complex and complicated. In any case the Coalition Government would just let things slide.
