Until such time as he resigns from all his positions,including the leadership of the AFC, any and all actions of the AFC is the action of the Speaker of the National Assembly of Guyana. As well, any action of the Speaker of the National Assembly of Guyana is can also be seen action of the AFC. The organic relationship of corporate rsponsiblity means that the action of anyone in his party is the action of its leader. Because the AFC Leader is the also the speaker and he is one and the same person, it follows that the action/s of the AFC is the action/s of the Speaker.
