@Dondadda , Region 6 ,4 ,7 aren't declared as yet ,all the other Regions have been declared.

Region 8 Per its RO is 2086 APNU and 2041 PPP. 

It is not fathomable your region  numbers are right. I cannot see so much defection to the PPP when they lost that by bundle the last time. That means the young mixed population has defected from the APNU.
