The $32 million e-government project which is being piloted and implemented by the government of Guyana is off track and was scheduled to be completed by April 2014 before officially being handed over in August 2014.

The project faces several challenges at various levels of its roll-out including the technology is now out of date.

April 2014 is the adjusted date for delivery of the project. It was originally scheduled to be completed about 3 years ago. Due to the incompetence and lack of skills by Rummouthar's son, the project is way over budget and very late. He probably promised them to complete it on April 1st.

This IS indeed a DISGRACE!!!!  THis Chap was not qualified for such a large Project and because he is the President's son, the shit stinks much more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must admit that 22 years of having only one party in power leads to no good.  Give some one another chance and if they mes up then toss the rascals out.  In the interim the PPP will do some soul searching and then once again merit your undivided loyalty.......but that time isnt now.
