I believe they said that the PPP version of the project would cost $65MM more.  The project will be modified to allow a longer runway and a terminal more in keeping with Guyana's modest needs.  GEO will NEVER be a major hub.

In the article the Govt was very specific with the amounts of money and waht it will be used for something that was lacking in the previous govt

where is the thieving nutcase? This is explained in terms of we cannot pay for it! It is a cut back on expenditure and so lessening the burden of what we would owe the Chinese who are building it.
