I believe very soon the US will have to pursue a less aggressive policy towards her enemies around the globe. It's getting costly in terms of money and lives.

How are they (Republicans or Democrats) cut the military budget and wage war in other places at the same time?

Marines are there to hunt down the rapists... but how will they recognize them in the crowd? They will have to shoot everyone as they always do.
