Mingo word got more weight than god himself. You don’t have to be afraid of ppp and call for Sanctions....relax. Sanctions is for people who actually have something to lose... you can’t lose  millions if you don’t have it in the first place....

Mingo will rig the election and then tell you that is was fair.  President Granger has ordered him to find more votes for the Coalition.  Region 4 will be a death bed for the PPP as the PNC will win the election by 30,000 votes.   Observers or no observers the result will show a Coalition win in the district where Kakamootoo and rumjattan came from.

This situation is like when Hoyte held his first street protest after Jorgan became President and East Indian women got molested on the streets.  PNC actions are just hurting themselves and they just cannot recognise it.
