A report just came out with mention of 11 US troops injured in Iran missile attack in Iraq over one week ago. Why the silence from the admistration?

I saw it this morning. Why did the military say there were no casualties or injuries after the attack? The truth is getting harder to come by these days. Do these people ever think that these patriots have families?
