I remember going to Barbados on vacation in 1981. We were getting chicken in Guyana so I wasn't missing that too much but potatoes were very scarce. I went down to Chefette by Accra Beach and ordered a large fries and a milk shake. That was probably the best fries I ever tasted in my life.

At QC I used to take my lunch, Bulby had reserved an area with tables by the tuck shop to have lunch, sometimes I would buy lunch from the tuckshop or the YMCA.

I heard Bulby writing maths books now but I can't find any of them in the bookstores.

Bulby wrote a book about his time at QC called Reminiscences

He also wrote "CXC physics" with Alec Farley.
