If Indo-Guyanese were not a majority, would indifference to, if not outright support of Burnham's Constitution change among the GNI faithful?

I have been preaching a devolution of power for over a decade. The Guyanese constitution has been the means for the rise of the authoritarian PPP so they will try to use all the means therein to conserve that was denied them at the polls. Unfortunately, and predictably the otherside will veto their authority with the only way available, with violence. Note, our society is almost evenly divided. Sucn constitutions inevitably fail in cases as ours. When it does it fails because ethnic cognitive dissonance. We have to address that by dumping this document.quote:Originally posted by redux:

You dunces should not expect the Indians to endear themselves to the PNC/APNU boys given their sufferance back in Burnham days. What have the Afro's ever done to give the Indians the slightest reason for wanting them in power? And even after the PPP took power the Blacks were still antagonistic against Indians, remember who were the victims of the crime spree and mo fiah slow fiah. Even during the APNU campaign they were changing "We fed up ah de collie." You dunces are not capable of analytic reasoning to see that Indians continue to have distrust of the Black due to their ongoing actions hatred rather than myth. hhahahahahhahaha

My honest answer. NOTHING.
But then Indians have also not given Afros any reason to support Indo leadership.
