the probability is more that this is the work of one of those hundreds of village junkies more than any of the 40 young people freed for petty crimes. Those are under supervision. We have an administration which is awarding criminals for bad behaviour.

Pardoning dangerous criminals will lead to an escalation of crime and this is the result of what this clueless administration is doing to Guyana.
