The Organization of American States (OAS) delegation which recently visited Guyana to follow up on the implementation of the Inter-American Convention Against Corruption, rejected the Alliance for Change's attempt to present it with a document on corruption. During one of the sessions held at Cara Lodge by the OAS team Moses Nagamootoo attempted to submit the document but was told that it was not part of the team's mandate.

After a lengthy exchange between himself and members of the delegation the AFC vice-chairman was told to submit his document along with any evidence in his possession to the office of the Director of Public Prosecution.
