I am not on GNI to back any government or supporters, my purpose is to present the facts, try my best not to present false information. Currently i am listening to a program out of Guyana by three journalist.

The Commission worked for over two years and produced over 200 recommendations, which were culled, refined and crystallised into over 180 amendments that were all incorporated into the 1980 Constitution.

I have a document written by Ralph Ramkarran highlighting all the recommendations and the amendments passed. On the current constitution there are notes which acts are repealed and amendments made.

Well one of journalist said the barring of Dual Citizenship MP sitting in parliament  wasn't in the 1980 Constitution, it was implemented in 2000 amendment. That's not correct  it's there from day one in the 1980 constitution.

How the r@ss you saying business bad, they said everything is going normal.They also agree with House to House registration, in 1992 the PPP wanted a clean voters list, why the objection now.

Dual Citizenship was implemented by Basil to get Harmon and Volda out of the way so he can retain his Lordship in the PNC.
