While information in regard to the oil and gas sector has not been forthcoming, Jagdeo has said that, in the name of transparency, Government should reveal to the Opposition who Guyana’s lead negotiators are, and what the negotiation briefs are about, so that the opposition can share its views."
Share what views? BJ full of shyte, he reminds me of Lord Goadyman here who finds fault in anything regardless if it is a positive for the country. These fellows are pathetic whining losers.

Oil and gas development“We have experts of every kind in-country. The IMF team is advising on the Sovereign Wealth Fund. Last week the IDB had a team here. We have more experts than we can handle,” he added.
If one cannot handle all that they have, would there be a chaotic situation, perhaps as one of the alternative.
Better more than enough than none at all.
More that needed leads to confusion and a possible inept approach.

As we sometimes hear "too many cooks spoil the pot" I say if the pot is large enough, no problem. Seems this oil buz is gonna be huge.
With many on board it's possible better deals could be made. Don't forget now we are calling on the government to halt single sourcing, same here.
From articles, it appears that there will be "numerous cooks adding their personal secret ingredients to indeed spoil the pot".
