NEW YORK VISIT: The 50th Independence Anniversary Committee (New York) will hold a public concert to launch celebrations on Saturday, January 16 from 6 pm at the Historic Jamaica Performing Arts Center 150-10 Jamaica Avenue (Jamaica Ave & 153 rd Street).
The next day, Sunday, January 17 an Open Reception will be held at Narisa Palace, 116-14 Rockaway Blvd from 5 pm, organised by AFC USA Chapter.
Both events are opened to the public.
I have accepted invitation to be at both events, as well as others in Newark and Brooklyn
I hope to see all my friends and family members at these events.
For more info, call Kamla Asha Balbachan at 646-262-8962.

The usual crowd of ass kissers, Robber Barons and other such Folks will be there.
Nehru bhai, I hope someone from this BB goes and fill us in on the details.
There will be no public balls scratching this time, and no free drinks for Nehru on the credit card. No wonder Nehru vex.
No public balls scratching. Supporters will be scratching Moses' balls in private?

Nah, there will be a lot of "suck-seeding" by Guyana's newest group of pillagers.

I cannot believe that decent people stay pay attention to the AFC.
I guess it's other people time to get a share of Guyana's pie, whatever that is.
Gil, you notice how a picture of you bai Moses looking like Che is the flier Moses is the biggest crook man to hit Guyana.

To borrow an idea from Mark Twain, the AFC's demise has been exaggerated.
Is Moses still allowed to use AFC, he is now part and parcel of the PNC. Maybe, this is a ploy to raise money for his 50% raise. Is Rumjaat allowed to move around in Guyana or is he under House Arrest.
Is Dr. Som going to be there with another $200,000 check?
The Bronx group will carefully mange access shunting any job seekers. Between Mitwah's group in Canada and the Bronx clan, access might only be possible via Caribj's Brooklyn boys, and the have their own lot of job seekers!
I remember the last time Moses was here, I believe at the same place, Narisa, there was a group of protesters outside waiting for him. I believe they (Moses and Granger) came in from the backdoor to avoid the protesters, from what I read in one of the papers in NY.. .I wonder if Moses will be greeted the same way this time?

Sorry bro, in the words of the AFC leader, they are dead meat. Nagamootoo is shameless. Any redemption would be his resignation from the AFC. On the other hand, the AFC is finished. Its black followers ARE anti-indoes and in the camp of the PNC.
I never believed he had it in him and to imagine he wanted Janet to anoint him as a Presidential candidate.
Guyanese politicians are shaneless.

Your information is correct. I must add that among the group of protesters was Nehru, activist numero uno in GNI Political.
Nothing is wrong with peaceful protests. I support the guys' right to protest. Anything beyond that may entail NYPD intervention.
If Nehru is there then there must be free drinks going.
