It is cold, cold, c-o-l-d here in Alberta.
It is expected to be in the minus 40's for the next two weeks.
We have good weather today so we took advantage of it and picked up six ten foot cedar logs previously cut down. Friday we go back for some pine, hope the weather ain't too bad then. We'll mill them in early summer. Next project we build a kiln to dry the wood quicker.
The arborist gives us the logs, we repair his equipment in exchange.
40 degrees F today ,weekend will be 50 degrees F in my neck of the woods
It's 2c or 35f here. No snow on the ground.
Oh man, that is 50f is 10 c. We lucky to get that temperature in spring/fall.
I heard DG is taking the hot water challenge. ( throwing a pot of hot water in the air and watching it freeze before it falls.)
That reminds me of a buddy who while lying in bed with his wife beside him, told her ( as he pretended to clear his throat) he'll spit it into the air and catch it back into his mouth. Poor woman got grossed out and ducked under the covers.....buddy then fluffed a dandy ( ladies way of saying.."farted"

He peed and it got frozen and had to break it off at the tip. He tried to speak to see if his words would freeze also.
