What happens to social cohesion in Guyana?

I was hoping by now the country would have seen a semblance of unity. If the ministry is not functioning to promote unity, should it be closed to save money?

I will be blunt to make this statement that more effort was dedicated to the cause of resurrecting Burnham's imagery and ideology during the past two years under the coalition govt. Am I wrong?
