Section 40
40. Any summons, notice or document required to be served on any person with reference to any proceeding under this Act for the purpose of causing him to appear before the Court or otherwise, or of giving him an opportunity of making a statement, or showing cause, or being heard by himself before any Court for any purpose of this Act, may be servedâ
(a) by delivering it to that person; or
(b) by leaving it at, or sending it by post by a registered letter to, his last known place of abode; or
(c) in such manner as may beâ
(i) prescribed; or
(ii) directed by any judge before whom the proceeding is taken.

Regardless, the APNU/AFC will lose these petitions. The PPP is just trying to help them save on legal costs.
These laws dont mean anything. The coalition lost, the world saw it on tv and the PPP will be there for another 15 years.

Unless the PNC exercises its demons, the PPP will be in government for much longer than the next 15 years.
