This place has a lot of make-up stories and after a while some posters believe it to be true. 

Article 180, Guyana Constitution outlines the procedure to impeach a sitting president of Guyana.

Where does it say "Impeach"?  I only have access to the PDF version. Perhaps someone could print it.
