what does that have to do with anything...isn't elections supposed to be at a certain time?

Jagdeo dont want to give up the throne in the state house bathroom. He is afraid to go back to outhouses like most ordinary Guyanese.

Like local elections? Jagdeo can always come to parliament and get an extension perhaps on the grounds that electorial is not ready or any other reasons.
