In the specific situation, there is a succession process to fill the posts.

If something happens to Granger, it must first be determined that he is incapable to function as president.

Once that is determined and considering that the prime minister will not be available to function in his position, then one needs to follow the succession process to determine who will be acting in those positions.

From all indications, Harmon is next in line. Nah true that? 

Harmon is not the one to succeed the president or prime minister.

In the specific situation when both the president and prime minister are incapable to function in their positions, it will follow this process ...
