It's a morph. Jagotar - when Ramotar turns into Jagdeo's lackey, and Jagdeo is ruling but Ramotar thinks he is the President?

Remember when Jagdeo was leaving the country, and when Customs searched him, they found Ramotar in his back pocket? 

Only a dummy wouldn't know who the President of Guyana is.

Jagdeo always overshadows Ramotar when they share the same platform.

In 2011, I attended a campaign dinner, and you would think it was Jagdeo running.  He took up most of the time.
