Like dead voters and out of jurisdiction voters. These two allegations and that's what they are, have been debunked by international observers due to lack of any evidence. All elections have hiccups and they are dealt with at the polling stations. The real fraud happened when Mingo and Lowenfield got the PNC baccoos to magically invent a fraudulent spreadsheet and when Mingo refused to his obligation to take orders from the Chair of GECOM. There is not an iota of evidence that the PPP committed fraud. In order for PPP to commit fraud, all the ROs would have had to be in the scheme. PNC controlled the voting apparatus. Impossible for the opposition to commit fraud.
