Banna, why the Govt giving water storage tanks "electoral politiking"!  Isn't that what Govt's do, take care of the needs of the people?

I hope the native ppl doan get taken by the Columbus' emancipated West African Slaves. Beads and coloured glass were exchanged for gold back then in Columbus time. Today, doan let watertanks fool dem in exchange for the wealth of black gold. Squeeze dem seed real tight and get everything the Amerindian communities needs, in writing. Doan trust the putagee, coolies and blackman, in particular buffianadahs, they never gave natives anything. This is the Amerindian opportunity to get a fair deal. Besides, the oil and gas is the Amerindians, God placed it there in the lands He bequeath to them.
