Why Do PPP Prefer Hotels as Their Choice of Scam?

First it was the Buddy's hotel scam in which govt put money in to the deal for world cup cricket. They turned around and sold the hotel making millions of US$$ in profits which did not go to the Guyana govt, from what I remember.

Now it's the Marriott where some guy was going to put a fraction of $$ in and have overall control. Who does business like that giving control to a minority partner? What is it not the Parliament's or country's business for us to know where the $$$ was coming from?

Then there was a proposed Indian hotel we heard about. What's going on with that?
