"Poor guy acts like he has a Napoleonic complex while high on uppers. I can't recall any politician more hyper-ventilating agitated than Rubio. Everything he witnesses is an existential event threatening the Republic and civilization in general. Rubio truly needs therapy, and it would be best if he doesn't get the opportunity to use the Presidency as his therapeutic vehicle.
