1. Installation and commissioning of wireless and terrestrial networking system from Moleson Creek to Anna Regina. (NOT DONE - F GRADE)

2. Continuation of the One Laptop per Family (OLPF) programme.  (PARTIALLY DONE - D GRADE) - I hear some 10,000 LAP TOPS are now non functunational

3. Purchase of equipment.  (all were purchased and now obsolete)
