There is no enforceable policy and Guyanese are not environmental conscience. Education is badly needed in communities about garbage pile up and brain blockage. When I used to live in G/T, I would clean the clogged gutters twice a week.

Me too. We grew up cleaning our own front drain. Never deepened on the ndc. Weeded our own parapet too.
