Admin Amral may have undisclosed reasons for thios action against KishanB. We all would be anxious to have some transparency, were this to be the case. Otherwise it is clear that the exchange cited does not rise to the level of "profanity in disguise".

KishanB has contributed in valued ways and it is a loss while he's incarerated in a trivial way.

KishanB was refereshing, since he seems to be in touch with the latest happenings and seems to be closer to the events on the grounds in Guyana. I don't know who he is, but he seems knowledgeable  about the workings of the GOG. GNI needs to bring him back.

Amral, there are many instances of the "F" word and others like the "N" word where these profanities are disguised. This Board should rule with SPECIFIC examples for transparency sake, because there are many instances of disguised profanity that are littered all over this Board. You legislate by prionciples and then granularly by specificities where warranted. If I take this specificity of the "F" word used by KishanB as an example, then over 50% of threads should be deleted and a like percentage of posters should be banned. I sincerely believe you are trivializing this exercise and there may be more to it. If not employ your search engine for F* and delete all thosews threads and ban all posters of that disguised profanilty.

KishanB covered the board with numerous anti-PPP posts. He does this so the GNI audience would not see much of what the pro-PPP posters have to say. If you keep bombarding people's mind with false information eventually some would stick. KishanB's objective is to drown out the voices of those who are opposed to the AFC/APNU comrades on GNI. It's no wonder that the APNU/AFC comrades have been his best allies.  He would attack and counter-attack his opponents using some facts but mostly concocted bull taken from the propaganda oasis of the PNC. However, he has been a blessing in disguise for the gov't of Guyana since his insensitive ways and downright disprect of the people is nothing short of being a true Burnhamite - something the nation is still struggling to get rid off.

Even though our constitution consists of provisions that put the ruling party at an advantage we cannot rush to judgment and conclude that the gov't is a dictatorship. The gov't. in office was sworn into office after winning a  general elections. They won with a plural majority which constitutionally allows them to form the gov't.  Their adversary,the PNC who are in the opposition once held the reins of power for almost three decades. They never had a problem with the constitution. Fraudulent elections were held and the PNC declared themselves victors at every election. Whether the constitution was democratic or dictatorial it still does not make the PNC gov't. democratic. On the contrary, a dictatorial constitution does not necessarily made a freely elected gov't illegal nor dictatorial. If that particular provision in the Guyana constitution that allows the party with the single most votes to form gov't is bad for governance then it must be openly debated in the nation before any amendment is put before parliament for a vote.

There is no rush to judgement. If the constitution is the document that legitimizes activities the government can execute at their discretion and these award them unfettered powers then it is a dictatorship. Democracy needs checks and balance. It needs a legislature and judicial branch that can balance the powers of the exec. We just saw t he idiocy of them demanding absolute right to craft a budget with the assembly only having veto rights.  There are a long list of these that awards the Administration absolute rights that has not served us well.

The constitution came in in '78. It was deemed a fraud since the referendum that legitimized it was rigged. The PPP said it was a fraud, protested it as a fraud, were aghast at its over arching authority to the presidency and said as much.  Only minor changes were made since and these did not relegate the powers they protested and now they actually are completely against any changes. They are afraid the US with its recent program on democracy is aimed at informing Guyanese on the need for constitutional change. On that account they refuse to go along and shout the mantra of "sovereign" authority

KishanB and a few others are mentioned here as being banned. Are they banned or suspended?
