WHY in 2015 we still have two people having to share a hospital bed?

After spending on average G$150 billion on the medical system ober the last 10 years, we still do not have quality of healthcare and equity in access to health services in Guyana.

The effectiveness of the system is at best sub-optimal and can be considered close to failure.
