Why we cannot have local Government elections?

If one were to reflect on the PPP/C’s unbroken 22-year tenure through the prism of local government, then there is ONLY one conclusion:

1. the PPP has failed miserably at serving the people at the village level and this imposition is almost equal to or even worst than the PNC party paramountcy days.

Come on Skeldon Man, tell your people to clean up this mess. Call the elections.
