Financed and trained by the West. And of course, by "the West" we mean Britain and her surrogates.

The West doesn't believe in terrorism. The government has agencies that are ready to carry out missions to remove tyrants and administered democracy. The West is glorified with civilized people, not barbarians; they act on Intel and if the cause is justifiable.
