This is a smart and more democratic move by the coalition. There will be more oversight of government. But I am not sure that Moses can keep this position for long. He is an old man, but you need a far more energetic person to stay on top of things.

The PPP system relied too much on the president and his advisers like Kwame. So there was wide scope for nepotism and corruption.
