President Barack Obama challenged the GOP to end political brinkmanship and said Republicans should "win an election" if they so badly wish to change his policies. I couldn't have said it better: The same should apply to Guyana if the opposition is pissed at everything the PPP does, they should "win an election" and do things according to their policy. I don't believe in shared governance period.

The US president is not a totalitarian as the Guyanese president. That much has been asserted by the AG when he said no one can inform the consecutive on the budget or advise on the creation of it.

In the US the senate is co equal to the Presidency. They together with the house makes the budget. The President approves or disapproves.

Obama cannot give away our lands to an unknown person. He cannot hide behind some NICIL like office and pretend he can spend the nations money without telling anyone.

President Obama should give that excellent advice to David Granger and the PNC in Guyana:

WIN AN ELECTION IF YOU WANT TO RULE GUYANA.

But every Guyanese knows the PNC has never, ever won a free election.

Infact, the most votes the PNC has ever received in a free election in Guyana was 42.3%.

Tarron khemraj has become the face of the dirty pnc indian

Of course the dirty ones, the DIRTY PNC INDIANS, are trying their utmost to help elect proven failure and loser David Granger as president of Guyana and put the PNC back into power. Fortunately the dirty PNC Indians are guaranteed to fail.

We need to energize this thread because it has the answer to the question that many of you fought over daily. I agree with the opposition for blaming the PPP on every issue. I also agree with the Pro-PPP's for supporting the government energetically. However, the PPP is the government of the day. If you're impatient to wait three for the next election, the parliamentary opposition has the option to bring no-confident motions against the ruling party, and you can have an early election. If you can't agree on either option, tough luck. The best statement of the day is to "win an election" and rule the country with a better policy.
