There was incredible final over drama as the West Indies chased 238, with Sheldon Cottrell hitting the winning runs with a six, to beat a devastated Ireland side.

Didn’t know they were playing but saw the last two overs, but disappointed with Phil Simmons and a few WI players expression on the stands, they were laughing and show no connection to the game.

Regarding the run out, I believe the ball hit the stumps first and displace the bails before the bowlers fingers did.

I enjoyed the end, was a close one. Ireland missed 2 run outs in the final over.
