Donald Trump child sex abuse claims: Woman who accused Trump of raping her as a 13-year-old to speak for first time

Lawyers for "Jane Doe" have said the Republican nominee will see his day in court

 

The woman who accused Donald Trump of child sex abuse is expected to speak out for the first time since filing a lawsuit against the Republican presidential nominee.

Mr Trump has faced numerous sexual assault allegations following the release of audio that captured him bragging about groping and kissing women without their consent. In the last month of his presidential campaign, Mr Trump was accused of sexual misconduct by nearly a dozen women. 

First reported over the summer, Jane Doe alleges that Mr Trump raped her at a 1994 party at a New York apartment belonging to Jeffrey Epstein – a billionaire investor convicted of soliciting an underage prostitute in 2008. 

 

She is expected to hold a press conference in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon.

"More than four months ago a woman using the pseudonym 'Jane Doe' sued DT for a series of sexual assaults that she alleges occurred at parties in New York in 1994. Jane Doe was just 13 years old at the time," a statement from the law offices of Lisa Bloom reads. " Jane Doe will break her silence today and speak out about her allegations."

Cheney Mason, an attorney representing Jane Doe, filed a complaint in New York court and said that Mr Trump will have to face these allegations while under oath.

"This case, based on the sworn declarations of the victim and two corroborating witnesses, will be tried in court, where the defendants will be required to answer questions under oath and pursuant to the rules of evidence," Mr Mason said in a statement. 

 

Mr Mason filed two witness statements on behalf of women identified as Joan Doe and Tiffany Doe in support of the New York businessman's accuser.

Joan Doe said that Jane Doe shared her accounts of the alleged assault a few months after she said they occurred between 1994 and 1995, according to court documents. 

Tiffany Doe claims she acted as a "recruiter" to find young women and girls for Epstein's apartment parties. She claims to have witnessed Mr Trump rape the accuser multiple times.

Mr Trump has vigorously denied the claims.

"The allegations are reckless, irresponsible and categorically untrue," said his attorney, Alan Garten. 

Additionally, Mr Garten called the allegations "an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client". 

For his part, Mr Trump disavowed the numerous sexual assault allegations that surfaced against him from the campaign trail. 

"These claims are all fabricated. They're pure fiction and they're outright lies. These events never, ever happened," he told supporters at a 13 October rally in Florida. "These vicious claims about me of inappropriate conduct with women are totally and absolutely false."

No, silly woman. The Independent is a daily online newspaper in the UK. In Granger's story, someone made up a URL to appear as though it was coming from the Independent. The URL had Independent starting with the number "1" instead of an "I".

UK newspaper peeved at bogus news website which claims Guyana’s Pres. has suffered a heart attack

London, United Kingdom: – A newly registered and attention-seeking website that tries to pass itself off as an online version of the UK Independent newspaper (which officially engages its online readers at; http://independent.co.uk), is seeking to create confusion among online readers, by using a domain name that resembles that of the original UK Independent newspaper.

However, upon closer examination of the domain name, one will notice that the bogus news website trickily spells the word independent by passing off the letter “I” with the number “one” in front of the word; – a factor which can dupe most people into believing that it was the word “independent” and not “1ndependent” as the bogus news website is using with the .co.uk domain extension.

It was registered less than one month ago, by a person who had sought to hide their identity but who is practically now known to ICAAN, the global body that monitors website registrants, among others.

While the site is receiving less than a ridiculous ten visitors per day through social media promotion, authorities would have to first receive a certain volume of formal complaints or a criminal request in order to forcefully shut the site down; – But advised that it is usually easier for a concerned body to first approach local police or the host of the site.
Social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter can also blacklist feeds from the false news website if an appropriate report is made.

From ironic stories about Donald Trump to totally bogus pieces about Usain Bolt, the shabbily designed news website (clone) seems to have a desire to provide severely twisted news pieces on matters of great public interest.

it was in this context that the overnight bogus news clone carried an article with the headline “President David Granger Rushed to Hospital After Cardiac Arrest”.

Though poorly written, the story seemed to have duped more than twenty Guyanese here in the UK alone to share the false “article” on Facebook, without first considering whether it was from a reputable publication or even ascertaining the domain itself or check for reachable contact details which are generally present for all established news outlets.

Most of them told this publication that they had originally thought that they were reading the story from the online edition of the UK Independent Newspaper, and would have been tricked into sharing it further online.

The article’s Facebook Share count also showed a bug-generated share count of around, 1,700; a figure which IT experts were able to established as fraudulent and considered a possible psychological strategy aimed at convincing unsuspecting people to continue to share the false article.

The original UK Independent newspaper itself has since disassociate itself from cloned website and the bogus Granger article; and may more than likely bring the website in question to the attention of the Online Crime Reporting unit of the Metropolitan Police here in London.

And even though this may seem to be an isolated incident, industry insiders have told the Guyana Guardian that hundreds of false stories would often finds its way into even the mainstream media every month.

It is generally a hard area to monitor since ascertaining facts by internet monitoring bodies are usually a far reaching and time consuming process.

However, in the case where someone is trying to dupe readers into thinking that they are reading a publication such as the UK Independent (when they are not) or is deliberately carrying an evidently false story about someone, local experts are quite sure that criminal proceedings in such cases can easily be in order, even if the perpetrator resides outside of England.

DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

I, Tiffany Doe, a pseudonym, state as follows:

1. I am a competent adult over 18 years of age able to testify as to personal knowledge. The facts in this declaration are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, and I am competent to testify to them if called upon to do so.

2. I originally met Jeffrey E. Epstein in New York City in 1990 when I was the age of 22. I attended a series of parties in that same year of 1990 where I was paid to entertain various guests of Mr. Epstein.

3. In the year 1991, I was promoted to the occupation of party planner in which my duties were to get attractive adolescent women to attend these parties.

4. I was hired by and paid directly by Mr. Epstein from the years of 1991-2000 to attract adolescent women to attend these parties, most of which were held at what is known as the Wexner Mansion located at 9 E. 71st St. in New York City.

5. In June, 1994 while performing my duties as a recruiter of adolescent women to attend Mr. Epstein's parties, I met a 13-year-old adolescent woman, the Plaintiff in this matter, at the Port Authority in New York City who said that she had come to New York City in the hope of starting a modeling career.

6. I persuaded the Plaintiff to attend a series of parties of Mr. Epstein that took place during the summer of 1994. I told her that, if she would join me at the parties, she would be introduced to people who could get her into the modeling profession and she would be paid for attending.

7. It was at these series of parties that I personally witnessed the Plaintiff being forced to perform various sexual acts with Donald J. Trump and Mr. Epstein. Both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein were advised that she was 13 years old.

8. I personally witnessed four sexual encounters that the Plaintiff was forced to have with Mr. Trump during this period, including the fourth of these encounters where Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.

9. I personally witnessed the one occasion where Mr. Trump forced the Plaintiff and a 12-year-old female named Maria perform oral sex on Mr. Trump and witnessed his physical abuse of both minors when they finished the act.

10. I personally witnessed or was made immediately aware of the two occasions where my boss Mr. Epstein attempted to rape and sodomize the Plaintiff. I persanally witnessed Mr. Epstein sexually and physically abuse other minor females even younger than her.

11. It was my job to personally witness and supervise encounters between the underage girls that Mr. Epstein hired and his guests.

12. I personally witnessed Mr. Trump physically threaten the life and well-being of the Plaintiff if she ever revealed any details of the physical and sexual abuse suffered by her at the hands of Mr. Trump.

13. I personally witnessed Mr. Epstein physically threaten the life and well-being of the Plaintiff if she ever revealed the details of the physical and sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Mr. Epstein or any of his guests.

14. I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn't ever say anything if she didn't want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed.

15. After leaving the employment of Mr. Epstein in the year 2000, I was personally threatened by Mr. Epstein that I would be killed and my family killed as well if I ever disclosed any of the physical and sexual abuse of minor females that I had personally witnessed by Mr. Epstein or any of his guests.

16. I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein, including the Plaintiff, during the time of my employment from the years of 1990-2000 for Mr. Epstein. I swear to these facts under penalty of perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.

Could you elaborate on why you think this woman is a liar? Note the men accusing the priests of sexual impropriety all came out after decades. The same is the case with the Penn State coach who now serves life. She will have her case in court in December so we will see if she is lying or not. Note Cosby also had his accusers line up to seek vengeance on him decades later and some of these women are quite prominent in the society and were at the time of their assault. Here we are speaking of a girl lured by a modeling contract to give sexual favors to rich powerful men one of whom admitted to his role in the scheme. She will have her day.
