Young & organized beggar's on the rise: I have seen this practice before and I am seeing it again. Young women, beautifully dressed in push-up tops and skin-fit tights are begging on liberty Avenue. Most of time they would have children with them and a note telling people it's for the kids and a generous cause. They are all equipped with State-of-the-art cell phones and provocative figures that can easily distract a man's attention with nothing left to the imagination. Within a 20 block distant you would find 5 groups taking turn in each other vicinity. They have different restaurants where they all meet to have lunch or dinner together, make phone calls, chatting and laughing. My wildest guess is that they laughed how easily it is to conn Guyanese everyday on Liberty Corridor.
