2016 is coming to a quick close and, oh, what a year it has been! I didn’t realize how many recipes I brought to the blog table until I started compiling this post. I’m hoping to squeeze in another recipe before 2016 concludes, but wanted to share what I have so far, all in one place. 

Yummy Beet is a passion project. It’s not my full-time job, but a home where I can display my kitchen creations, tell personal stories, showcase food photography, provide cooking tips, leave travel notes and rave about lifestyle finds on a regular basis. Yummy Beet is the heart of my business, and it’s always a joy for me to look back each and every year to see where I’ve landed.   

Recipes coming to the blog in 2017 are still yet to be decided, but I’m hoping to include more casual, everyday meals, like the dinners we put on the table every night (this Pantry Chana Masala with Brown Rice is a prime example of what I’m talking about).
