In politics, they are using communication as God's commandments reflected in tone of voice and this may be why Government has so much control. Just look at the text and listen to those trying to prove a point and you will sense it instinctively although it may be unintentional if the intent is not deliberate or it is oblivious.
The quotes above don't seem to be commandments in nature but something like: Computers are taking control of the world or, Guyana has a rotten Government or, the Mafia is controlling the United States with politicians, are commandments in nature that enforces God's will of human domination.
Proposition will control with self-belief: 1) I think the bus will be here soon. My headache is gone 2) The department of motor vehicles will pass me on the road test.
