I fly a DJI Phantom 3 Pro. 4K Camera
That's why the videos are good quality,it's double 1920 x 1080.
They are actually 2.7K, which is technically double 1080p resolution. 4K is quadruple resolution. I didn't shoot in 4K because most people can't even see it in that resolution, and the file sizes are huge.
2.7k, 1440p, Quad HD are all referring to the same or very similar video resolutions. At 2560 X 1440 or their about this resolution is higher than 1080p, but not quite 4k.
I will demystify video resolution,NTSC.
Standard
640 pixels x 480 lines
High Definition there are two.
1280 pixels x 720 lines and 1920 pixels x 1080 lines.
4k
3840 pixels x 2160 lines [8.3 mega pixels]
Looking at the highlighted one can observed the doubling of HD 1920 x 1080 [which is called 2k] 4k is derived.
Japan currently have 8k
