There is a deep rooted myth about Bollywood that it is a movie industry all about song and dance sequences.
A much as we love song and dances and as big a part the songs are of our films, they certainly are not the essence of Bollywood’s story telling.
Songs a major attraction in our movie and we rarely see any films without them, so much so that when we sat to count how many our films had no songs at all we only could come up with a handful of those!
But we love songs only as far as they fit into the storyline of the film and here are 12 movies that choose to have no songs and focus more on the story!
