Do they serve seafood? Or do you have to catch your own? What about the swimming pool? You can't go to a hotel and not swim in their pool.

True. It is always tricky building things under water. I always worry about the tunnels under the East and Hudson rivers especially since they always seem to be leaking. Imagine thw disaster if any of those should collapse. We have the ships in the Florida keys that have glass floors where you can see the sea life below. I can't get my wife to go on it. She struggled to stand on the glass floor at the CN tower and last Sunday braved it long enough to venture on the glass ledge at the Willis (Sears) tower. But nonetheless, that structure above is pretty cool.
