So now that is settled, we can start looking forward to watching the Karan Johar movie and mulling about how the the movie will be and whether the movie will be a success or not.

But let's be positive for a second and say the movie, despite the unfortunate circumstances that revolve around it, ends up being good and becomes a success at the BO.

Bollywood is an imperfect platform for movies as risks are not rewarded as much as formular. After doing out-of-the-box movies like Tamasha, Roy and Bombay Velvet the actor's career is something on a downfall. But that could change with the succcess of the movie.

The protestors of the movie might understand that cinema doesn't need to political.

We do not support terrorism or any other unlawful activity in any way. But the fact that because of such things a movie's release to be threatened is something we do not want to see. Movies, especially like this, are meant to celebrate life and rejoice with friends and family. They shouldn't become a source of negativity. We think that if the movie becomes a success, people who have been enraged can see the situation in different light.

Karan Johar's legacy will be fortified.

Even though he has been a highly successful actor, Karan Johar is somewhat of a divisive figure. His optimistic and grand form of cinema can be seen as contrived. But given the impact of his movies and how successful they have been, it is hard to ignore him or his contribution to our popular culture. And if this endeavor of his becomes triumphant, his impressive legacy will only become bigger.
