Veer-Zaara V Aitraaz

6 Box Office Clashes Where Both Movies Emerged As Winners

The epic Diwali clash of 2004 that witnessed Shah Rukh and Akshay taking on each other was in the looks of Veer-Zaara V Aitraaz . Yes, the romantic Veer-Zaara led by a huge distance, but the taut thriller drama by Abbas-Mustan was also a box office success. While Veer-Zaara benefitted from its humongous hype, the Akshay Kumar starrer mostly picked later on merit.

The last epic clash where neither of the films had to go through the hard taste of defeat was back in 2012.
