@Former MemberYou don't seem to know anything about statistics so you probably should not pontificate on its applications.
APNU are experts on statistics and rigging election.

I say this with no regrets. I'm anticipating this recounts so they can jail those idiots who tried to rig the election. Fabricating fake SOPs is a major criminal offense against the cooperative republic of Guyana and offender should be duly persecuted.
Dave do you think Totaram is an antiman?
PPP published SOPs for the areas including Georgetown North and South.
None were published by PNCR/AFC nor by GECOM.
SOPs were provided by and available directly from each office at the end of election period.
He is.
@Bibi Haniffa Are you a bitch? A nasty little one? A nasty big one? A stupid one?
@Bibi Haniffa He is.
The moderatar say he sitting on them, when the dust settles, then he will pull it out from his moon and show we.

We should stop call them small parties.
They are small parties because they didn't get many votes.
Them guarding those containers from the PNC wickedness is no small favor. They may be small parties but right now they are looking a lot taller than the Coalition who are scared of what those containers hold.
look at these anti-democratic disease of the country ... imagine they are vex because David granger asked CARICOM to supervise a recount ... they don't care about seeing that there is an accurate result ... they just want to see apnu wins ... thankfully God does not support their wicked ways which will destroy all of us.
Did Ramson write the above? English isn't his strong suit.
Dave, what level of watchman function is being employed to ensure that someone don't tamper with those containers in the dark of night? I saw those guys were asked to leave. Are there people watching them 24/7? The PNC cannot be trusted. I am hoping that those containers will be opened in a strictly controlled manner. The shenanigans of last week caused the chain of custody of the SOPs to be threatened. Hopefully the PNC don't try any nonsense with these containers.
AFC was a small party, but they were instrumental in putting PNC in Government, also AFC member brought the NCV to bring down the said government.
There is no such SMALL Party.
The small parties are the ones holding off APNU from stealing the election. Guys like Shuman, Tim Jonas, Jono Yearwood, Rhonda Lam, Josh Khanhai, Asha Kissoon are holding Grangerâs balls to the fire. They will all get senior positions in the PPP government. Some of them are displaying superb Presidential qualities.
I hope the PPP reward good people, the cream rises to the top.
@Kaz, unfortunately no party security can be in the compound of GECOM. We have to hope for the best. PPP has there chain and security features.

Allow the media, full transparency.
Let the count begin.
Dave, I hope those security features don't get compromised tonight.
Kaz, read between the lines how we were able to mixed with them and identified their nasty games. PPP could not have done it without embracing all races.
I will leave the security secret away from here... we have stuff in place.
The cabal in the APNU+AFC who are the intellectual authors responsible for the rigging of the elections are instructing the Government Commissioners at Gecom and certain compromised staff at GECOM not to count Region Four ballots first.
This entire controversy arose in respect of Region Four. I attended a meeting with the Leader of the Opposition at CARICOMâs headquarters, brokered by the five Heads of State from the Region at which Mr. David Granger was present. The singular purpose of that meeting was to address the controversy which arose in respect of the verification of Region Fourâs election results by the Returning Officer .
At that meeting, the Leader of the Opposition was requesting a recount of the ballots of Region Four in order to resolve the disputes which erupted during the verification exercise by the Returning Officer of Region Four.
It was during these discussions, as Mr. Granger was continually eluding to commit to a recount of Region Four ballots, that he expressed reservations about the ballots in other regions. The Leader of the Opposition then indicated that he would not object to a recount in relation to any other region, once the recount for Region Four was agreed upon.
Therefore, the recount of the ballots in the other Regions with which no other political party have a problem , is secondary. The primary focus remains Region Four, which must be given priority.
Additionally, the Chairperson of GECOM has admitted publicly that she gave an undertaking to Chief Justice Roxanne George in the High Court that there will be a recount of Region Four ballots. This undertaking relates to no other region. In law, an undertaking is as binding as an order of court.
In the circumstances, any person who do not support the PPP/Câs contention that Region Four ballots should be the first to be recounted, is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
The PPP/C resolutely maintains that Region Four ballots must be the first to be recounted.
I agree that region 4 should be dealt with first because that is the only one where there were objections raised. Why waste time on the other regions first when everyone had already agreed to their accuracy?
Thanks Dave regarding the security of those containers.
We have been saying for a long time that non-Indians want to eat too and want to have nice stuff so they will not stick with the failed Coalition just because it is their race. People been telling you when you post those rally that large crowds don't win elections but it seems that they were wrong. The PNC hacks still needs to be watched because they are not prepared to do the right thing.
I agree Region 4 should be counted first.
Region 4 should be the only one counted.
Cain, while I agree that legally only region 4 should be counted, I am open to the others if it will make people happy.
By the looks of it, it will take at least three years to complete Region 4 and by the time it's done...time for new elections.
