Yep. You can avoid GNI like the plague. The software GNI is running on is the worst that I have come across on any forum bar none. But hey we Guyanese are accustomed to the worst things in life.

if you are getting emails on updates to topic you post on, you can switch these off. Click on your avatar at the right hand top of the page....edit profile...my notifications....check the mails you wish to receive or check....suspend all notifications.

No not the notifications settings. I'm talking about everytime you post there's a field at the bottom checked by default "Follow This Topic: etc.."
