Bossman,

There appears to be confusion on the use to these words at GNI and members need clarification:

1. Coolie (Considered by some as deragotary) Yes or No

2. Blackman (Considered by some as dreagotary) Yes or No

3. Putagee ( Broken English for Portuguese, considered as deragotary by some) Yes or No

4. Buckman (Considered deragotary by some) Yes or No

5. Douglas (Considered dreagotary by some) Yes or No

6. Chinee (Considered deragotary by some) Yes or No

The reason is that we do not have to deal with a potential suspension since some of these words are used by Guyanese on a daily Basis. Members can then be clear in terms of how they communicate with each other and there is ZERO confusion or fear of suspension.

We cannot pick and choose but have a full clarification.

If addressing fellow member using any of these terms is done in jest, friendly terms, and the said member has no objection I feel it is ok.( example I will call Cain a putagee and he does not mind me saying it)

If addressing someone who is not a member of the board, I see no problem.

Example I will say them damn coolies in Guyana are stupid.

However calling members Auntiman, whore or other vulgar names or referring to their families as such is not acceptable.

Fair enough. D2 always refers to my mother and gets away with it. I will now call him out.

Implementing these rules will lift standards. Thanks for the clarification,

once you use as a term of endearment, then it should be ok...but some of you use it to insult

examples of how to use these terms...

"Hello, my lovely putagee friend, how are you?"

"I am ok my coolie brother, have you seen our intelligent buckman today?"

"No, I haven't, but I did observe my black brother from anadda mother making some anti PPP statements"

" He means well, on the other hand, that dougla cuz was busy talking about the positive attributes of the PNC"

Managing a site with different views is not an easy task and Ray’s job is 1000 times more difficult. These guidelines can now be be used so that it eases confusion and arguments.

Members will now have to call out other members for violating these guidelines and Admin has to act in accordance to their judgement.

It revealed how complex the Broken English language from Guyana can become when we try to integrate it into North American language.

Why don't you cross your legs and shut your cunny? It's unfortunate that there are rules on this board to protect idiots like you.

No confusion.

These terms are used for eons in jest with individuals and indeed there are a few who feel otherwise when used.

I said your mother made had an oxygen starved baby ie a blue one since one must explain your profound ignorance. You can call me out all you want. I have no other rational explanation for a brain damaged racist ignoramus.
