Remember Big Brother in George Orwell's famous novel "1984"? The man also wrote "Animal Farm", remember? Well, Orwell was once an officer in the British Imperial Police Force, stationed in Burma from 1922 to 1927. That's where he wrote his first novel, "Burmese Days." This picture shows the house in Burma in which Orwell lived; what it looks like today. Some of Orwell's fans are raising funds to renovate the house.
