OK Folks!

How do you like your chicken wings--boneless, or bone in ?

There was a time in America and Canada when chicken wings used to be discarded--thrown into the garbage dump.

Not anymore!

So what do you prefer--boneless or bone-in ?

Well, right now it looks like people are going bunkers for the boneless type.

A study from hospitality research firm GuestMetrics showed that boneless chicken wings are getting increasingly popular.

But check this out folks!

Did you know that boneless chicken wings are made from chicken breasts ?

As long as it has chicken (halal in my case) it's OK with me. You can give me the bone-in or boneless chicken wings.
